See when a slot starts and ends across a timeline

Slots in a timeline now show the period they exist for and whether they changed, on unit cards, in the slots list and its export, and on the slot details. A show dates toggle turns the same information on in the diagram and org chart.

Start from sample data

Administrators can now create a sample model from the empty models page, to explore Resorcerer with something already in it.
