New features

Choose your baseline model without leaving the model

Open any model, hit Edit, and switch on Baseline to make it the one your people directory syncs into. Resorcerer protects the model for you at the same time, and tells you which model currently holds the baseline if another one already does.

Keep a live baseline in sync with your people directory

Designate one protected model as your organization's baseline, and Resorcerer watches your people directory for changes that affect it — joiners, leavers, role and manager updates, department moves — and turns them into a reviewable proposal instead of silently editing your live org chart. Accept the changes you want, reject the rest, and nothing is proposed twice until the underlying data changes again.

Generate a model from your people directory in one click

Skip the manual setup. Generate a model straight from your people directory — units, filled positions, and reporting lines — in a single action. Choose whether units come from departments, from managers, or keep it flat, and Resorcerer builds the rest, telling you about anyone it had to leave out along the way.

Connect an HRIS or directory service and keep your people directory in sync automatically

Resorcerer can now connect to systems you already use to keep your people directory current automatically, instead of re-importing a CSV by hand. Add an integration from the new Integrations page in Organization Settings, then turn on People Sync to create, update, and deactivate people as your upstream system changes — leavers are deactivated rather than deleted, and a rehire picks the same record back up.

Fields a sync manages (name, title, manager, role, and more) become read-only on that person's profile, with a note naming the integration — so the upstream system stays the source of truth and a hand-edit can't be silently overwritten on the next sync. Disconnecting the integration, or releasing its people explicitly, hands those fields back.

Integrations are included on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Sync your people directory from Microsoft Entra ID

You can now connect a Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant as a People Sync provider. Add it from the Integrations page with an app registration's tenant ID, client ID, and client secret, then choose which accounts count as people (excluding guests and disabled accounts by default, with an optional group scope) and where role and level come from, since Entra has no standard field for either.

The connection is read-only and is tested before it's saved, with a specific message for a bad secret, a missing permission grant, or the wrong tenant — so a setup mistake is caught immediately instead of on the next scheduled sync.

Check your baseline for pending changes whenever you want

Edited your people directory and want to know what it means for your baseline? The People page now has a Recompute baseline button that checks straight away and tells you how many changes are waiting for review.

SCIM provisioning is now a connected integration

SCIM provisioning now lives on the Integrations page alongside every other connected system, instead of its own standalone dialog on the People page. Add a SCIM integration, then generate and manage its bearer tokens from its detail page, the same place you manage any other integration's settings.

Because your identity provider pushes people to Resorcerer as changes happen there, a SCIM integration has no schedule and nothing to manually sync, so provisioning just works. Every existing SCIM token keeps authenticating with no changes needed on your identity provider's side.

SCIM is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans, the same as every other integration. Generating a new token requires the plan; revoking one never does.

Improvements

A clearer way to explore Resorcerer with example data

If your workspace is empty, the offer to generate an example organization now sits in its own section on the models list, with a proper explanation of what you get and a reminder that you can delete it whenever you like.

Decide whether to keep a snapshot each time you accept changes

When you apply changes from your people directory to your baseline, Resorcerer now asks whether to archive a copy of the baseline as it was first, so you can look back at what the changes replaced. It is offered every time rather than set once and forgotten, and snapshots still do not count toward your plan's model limit.

Bug fixes

Preview a people import before it changes anything, and stop losing data on re-import

Importing people now shows you a preview first — how many people will be created and updated, which roles, levels, locations, and companies will be created, and which rows reference a value that doesn't match anything — before anything is applied.

You can also let the import create missing roles, levels, locations, and companies for you instead of requiring them to exist first. And a role, level, location, or company that doesn't match anything no longer silently clears what was already there on re-import — it's reported instead, and left alone.
