Security update for the container image

The Resorcerer container image now includes the fix for an OpenSSL vulnerability (CVE-2026-84782) and runs on .NET 10.0.12.

Directory sync works for larger groups

Syncing people from a single directory group could fail when the group had more than 15 members. Those syncs now complete as expected.
