Improvements

Dropdowns now list options in a predictable order

Role, location, company and model pickers across the app now list their options alphabetically, and level pickers list levels in seniority order. Long lists are easier to scan, and the same list reads the same way on every screen.

Clearer unit counters, and the groups tree opens expanded

Unit counters on the diagram and units pages now show a single number when every slot is filled, and keep the "filled / total" form only for units with vacancies, so the gaps stand out. Parent units on the diagram carry a Σ badge summing slots across the unit and everything beneath it, and a collapsed unit in the hierarchy rolls its hidden children into its own count. The groups page now opens with every branch expanded; collapse what you don't need and it stays collapsed.
