Position dates now survive copies and merges

Start and end dates on a position used to be lost when you copied a model or merged one into another, and Compare could call two models identical when only their dates differed. Both now keep every date, and date changes show up in the merge list.

The Counts and Costs trends now honour position dates along the model timeline too, so a role that starts after a snapshot's date is not counted in it. Date badges explain what each date means on hover, mark positions that have already ended or not yet started, and the slot's Timeline tab shows its dates in every snapshot.
